The moth orchid (Phalaenopsis sp.) is one of the most popular orchids due to various colors with distinctive shapes flowers. Soft rot disease caused by Pectobacteriaceae (SRP) family commonly found infected this plant. showed pale-colored blackish slimy rot. This research was conducted in three locations namely Denpasar, Badung, and Karangasem, resulted 10 candidates for pathogenic bacteria. pathogenicity test pathogen carried out injecting bacterial suspension into leaf tissue result 6 isolates showing soft symptoms. Moreover, two specific primers Dda1F-Dda1R Pcc3F-Pcc3R Dickeya spp. Pectobacterium consecutively were used PCR test. electrophoresis product identified bacteria isolated from plants as white yellowish-white colony color, convex circular form on PDA medium.
